1. Content Strategy & Direction Work closely with CEO and marketing team to extract ideas, perspectives, and narratives Translate business goals into content themes (e.g., leadership, mental health, startup journey) Plan weekly/monthly content calendar across platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, IG) 2. Content Creation (End-to-End) Write scripts, captions, hooks, and storytelling angles Direct or co-create video content (talking head, vlog, educational, trends) Ensure content is aligned with CEO’s tone, personality, and brand positioning 3. Content Production (End-to-End) Independently handle the full content production process (pre-production → production → post-production) Shoot and produce content using a mobile-first or lightweight setup Edit videos (or use basic editing tools) to ensure fast turnaround and platform-ready quality 4. Performance Tracking & Optimization Track weekly performance (views, engagement, saves, shares) Identify winning formats and iterate quickly Suggest experiments and improvements based on data 5.
