Serve as the organization’s symbolic leader in communications with shareholders, government agencies, and the public.
Lead the development of the organization’s long-term and short-term strategies.
Manage the organization’s overall operations and make significant decisions affecting the organization. Serves as a core M&A mentor to train major Chinese companies and clients on the planning, direction, and execution of M&A strategies.
Manage the organization’s resources.
Negotiate or approve agreements and contracts for the organization.
Manage the company’s organizational structure.
Communicate with the Board of Directors.
Assess and minimize company risks.
Set strategic objectives.
Provide company-wide leadership.
Serve as the company’s primary spokesperson.
Identify and resolve company-wide issues.
Develop and maintain the company’s culture and mission/vision.
Work with senior stakeholders to implement strategic plans.
Evaluate and track the company’s success in achieving its goals.
Requirements:
1. PhD degree
2. Experience as an Executive Director at a listed company or multinational corporation in Singapore or China
3. Extensive experience in mergers and acquisition
