Job Summary: CEP operator mechanics are responsible for recording operating pressures and temperatures of the central energy plant systems. Performs daily preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on all equipment and systems within the plant and any other duties as assigned. Education: Required: High school graduate or equivalent. Preferred: N/A Experience: Required: One year experience working in boiler room or in energy plant operations/setting. Preferred: N/A Position Requirement(s): License/Certification/Registration Required: N/A Preferred: N/A Department Position Summary: Must have mechanical aptitude. Good working knowledge of boilers, chillers and pumps. Working knowledge of chemicals needed to maintain plant boiler and chiller operations.
