We strive to use only American metal so that each of our products is truly an authentic American creation. We are currently in need of Cerakote Paint Team Members. Cerakote Paint Team Members work as part of the team that prepares parts for final design and coatings. This includes but is not limited to: sand blasting parts, cleaning parts with various chemicals, stenciling parts, properly mixing paint to specifications, hand spraying parts and or laser engraving parts. Requirements Essential job requirements include: Ability to interpret work orders to apply proper color and type of coating to parts Ability to stand for prolonged lengths of time while doing preparation and painting of parts Ability to distinguish colors Must be willing and able to multitask Must be able to work independently and as part of a team to meet output requirements of the department Must possess good hand eye coordination for operating handheld paint guns Must be able to complete tasks at a quick pace while ensuring quality standards are met Must be able to follow coating application and cleaning processes as specified Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Black Rain Ordnance provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
