Located in St. Joseph, Michigan, LECO continues to be a family-owned company that understands the value of shared interests, long-term stability, loyalty, and trust.   Schedule: 1st shift, 5:30 AM- 2:30 PM Monday-Friday; occasional overtime required     Position Summary:  LECO is hiring for a Ceramics Inspector Packer to work at the Ceramic Facility in Benton Harbor.  This position requires inspection and packaging of ceramic crucibles.   Ceramics Inspector packer will also conduct thorough inspection of processes and product.     Position Responsibilities:  * Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time * Manual dexterity * Complete required paperwork * Ability to perform repetitive work operations * Clean area of responsibility * Perform other duties as requested by supervision * Approve records indicated by process or record.   Position Requirements:  * Work with minimum supervision  * Basic Quality Skills class * Must follow all department procedures  * Should be able to lift parts up to 10 lbs. (generally much less)    Education/Certifications:  * High School Diploma or Equivalent    EOE M/F/VET/Disability
