Description Join our dedicated team as a Youth Mentor and Driver for the CERC program, where you will play a vital role in supporting youth development and ensuring safe transportation for program participants. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community while working in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: - Provide mentorship and guidance to youth participants, fostering positive relationships and encouraging personal growth - Assist in planning and facilitating program activities that promote skill development and community engagement - Safely operate program vehicles to transport youth to and from activities, ensuring adherence to all traffic laws and safety protocols - Maintain accurate records of transportation schedules, mileage, and participant attendance - Collaborate with program staff to support youth needs and address any concerns that arise during activities - Promote a positive, inclusive environment that encourages youth participation and development - This is part-time position with rotative hours between 6:00 pm to 2:00 am - CERC programs operates Monday to Sundays from 6:00 pm to 2:00 am daily. - Our participants are youth from middle and high school We value a team-oriented culture that emphasizes growth, community impact, and professional development. Requirements Skills and Qualifications: - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record - Prior experience working with youth or in youth development programs preferred - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to build rapport with diverse youth populations - Reliable, responsible, and punctual with excellent organizational skills - Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work independently - Knowledge of safety procedures related to transportation and youth engagement - High School Diploma - 21 years or more of age
