Description Key Responsibilities: - Provide mentorship and guidance to youth participants, fostering positive relationships and encouraging personal growth - Assist in planning and facilitating program activities that promote skill development and community engagement - Safely operate program vehicles to transport youth to and from activities, ensuring adherence to all traffic laws and safety protocols - Maintain accurate records of transportation schedules, mileage, and participant attendance - Collaborate with program staff to support youth needs and address any concerns that arise during activities - Promote a positive, inclusive environment that encourages youth participation and development - This is part-time position with rotative hours between 6:00 pm to 2:00 am - CERC programs operates Monday to Sundays from 6:00 pm to 2:00 am daily. - Our participants are youth from middle and high school We value a team-oriented culture that emphasizes growth, community impact, and professional development. Rotative shifts, from 6:00 pm to 2:00 am, Monday to Sunday. Requirements Skills and Qualifications:- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record- Prior experience working with youth or in youth development programs preferred- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to build rapport with diverse youth populations- Reliable, responsible, and punctual with excellent organizational skills- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work independently- Knowledge of safety procedures related to transportation and youth engagement- High School Diploma- 21 years or more of age Part time and hours are Monday-Sunday 6pm-2am
