Are you passionate about healthcare technology and skilled in medical documentation? M42 is seeking a motivated Cerner Documentation Assistant to join our dynamic Outpatient Care team in Abu Dhabi!
Position Overview: This is a 3–6-month employment contract starting June 2025, where you will support Outpatient Care Physicians and medical staff by training and assisting them with Cerner EMR documentation and administrative activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Cerner (Oracle System) is essential.
  • Excellent transcription, typing, and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in medical terminologies and healthcare documentation.
  • Strong computer literacy, interpersonal communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or High School Diploma with relevant vocational/technical training.

Responsibilities
  • Transcribe medical reports and physician notes for accurate storage in Cerner EMR.
  • Assist and train physicians and healthcare teams on administrative tasks, including insurance requests, patient documentation, and data management.
  • Review, edit, and develop essential medical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with medical staff on referrals, sick leave, escort leaves, and requests for protected medical information.
  • Ensure patient records are precise, comprehensive, and compliant with billing and regulatory requirements.
