• Dedicated, enthusiastic, and reliable, with a commitment to excellence for children and a willingness to grow with the service
• Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
• Open to our unique and innovative approach to programming and practice
• Shows an interest in understanding and exploring the RIE approach
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications are encouraged (at own cost).

Essential Criteria:

• Valid Blue Card
• Demonstrated understanding of contemporary child safe practices, including child safeguarding responsibilities
• Available for full-time work across service operational days and hours - Monday to Friday, or 4 days a week with Monday/Friday off, and shifts rostered between 6am and 6pm daily
• Considerable recent experience in the Early Childhood Education sector, and comfortable working with all age groups as required in a Multi-Age or Sick/Annual Leave Cover role
• ACECQA approved Cert III (preferred) and/or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards either qualification)
• Current Food Safety training, with a certificate to be provided*
• Current Child Protection training, including a recognised course code for 'Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk', with evidence to be provided'*
• Current Child Safety training (Geccko), with a certificate to be provided*
