Certificate III or Diploma Qualified Educator – 3 Year Old

DESCRIPTION

This position commences on Monday 30th June (last week of term 2 for a handover before the holidays). We are looking to employ a Diploma or Certificate III educator to work in one of our funded 3-year-old programs.
PLEASE NOTE: we also have advertised a Diploma or Certificate III educator role for our funded 4-year-old program. We are happy to employ the same person for both roles.

QUALIFICATIONS

The successful applicant is required to:

• Have experience working within a kindergarten setting.
• Demonstrate an understanding and knowledge of the Victorian Early Years Learning & Development Framework, National Quality Standards, National Regulations and Child Safe Standards.
• Have a passionate, positive and professional attitude, with a natural desire to collaborate with colleagues.
• Be committed to continuous professional development and apply their learning to the program.
• Be committed to forming caring and positive relationships with children and families.
• Have strong skills in reflective practice.
• Have a strong inclusive philosophy with a focus on wellbeing.
• ACECQA approved First Aid Qualification, Anaphylaxis Management Training and Asthma Management Training, PROTECT Mandatory Reporting Training.
• Have a Working With Children Check.

You will be supported by an experienced Early Childhood Teacher, Educational Leader, a tight-knit team of educators, a hands-on Committee of Management and an administration person who will continue to help you develop and grow as an educator.
