Job Description Job Title - Certification Co-Ordinator Job Type - Permanent Location - Oldbury, West Midlands Hours - Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week Salary - From £26,500 pa Industry - Business Assurance Overview of the role: Coordinating auditing associated documentation and paperwork, to ensure efficient scheduling of work to Auditors and Contractors Plan and schedule all required audit visits with customers Exceeding customer satisfaction with proactive approach to dealing with changes / issues Managing online scheduling, providing reports, ensuring full compliance and accuracy Qualifications The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has experience working in a scheduling or planning environment, dealing with multiple external and internal stakeholders You will also have the following: Previous experience within a customer service environment Experience with working in a highly regulated organization Show high levels of competency working with MS Office packages Additional Information At SGS, we believe in rewarding our employees for their hard work and commitment.
