Job Description As a Certification Specialist, you are responsible for the implementation of new business as well as the maintenance process for product certificates within the Informed programme. Your typical day may include: Supporting Account Managers to onboard new customers and certifications. Tracking and updating certification records, ensuring all documentation and deadlines are met. Maintaining CRM data and internal tracking systems accurately. Acting as a point of contact for routine customer queries, escalating issues where necessary. Supporting audits and internal checks with documentation and record-keeping. Qualifications You will be able to demonstrate the following skills and relevant experience: Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines. Comfortable communicating with different teams and following established processes. Interest in food, supplement safety, or certification (experience is a bonus, not essential). Enthusiasm for learning and building your career in quality and compliance.
