Description The Certification Manager (CM) oversees the coordination and management of all the documentation necessary to obtain certification of Thermal System Products products. The CM is ultimately responsible for the coordination of all certification deliverables on the program level for each program assigned to the CM. Obtain US and foreign certifications (STCs) by securing government approval of design data. Monitor service issues, regulatory changes Obtain FAA approval for Service publications and maintain communication with FAA and FCAA. Advise personnel within ACE Thermal Systems, flowing data up, sideways and down on FAA and FCAA procedures and regulatory requirements. Monitor and alert the company to relevant regulatory changes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering (Aeronautical / Mechanical /Aerospace) or 5-7 years of experience in Aviation engineering. Strong knowledge of FAA certification and regulations, Aircraft part design / testing. High level of self-direction pertaining to research of regulatory procedures and processes.
