POWERGROUP Resources on behalf of our client Arborwood Tree Service Inc. is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Certified Arborist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in arboriculture, a commitment to safety, and a passion for tree care. You will be responsible for performing various tree care services, ensuring high-quality work and exceptional client service.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • ISA Certified Arborist or MTCU Ontario Qualified Arborist
  • DZ license with a clean driver’s abstract
  • Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
  • Working at Heights Certification
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills
  • Strong knowledge of tree care practices and safety protocols
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions?
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Problem-solving and adaptability
  • Integrity, professionalism, and accountability
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and continuously learn
  • Utility Arborist certification (an asset)
Responsibilities
  • Safely perform tree cutting, pruning, removals, and related tree care work
  • Operate and maintain tree care equipment and vehicles
  • Assist with job site setup and cleanup
  • Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction after each job
  • Follow OHSA guidelines and company safe work practices
  • Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per year
