Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

This isn’t just billing — your role as a Billing Specialist / Coder involves purpose-driven work that supports wellness and healing through precise and compassionate service. As a key part of our Patient Accounts team, you’ll:

  • Review medical records for accurate coding (E&M, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
  • Ensure documentation meets compliance and payer requirements
  • Partner with providers to improve documentation quality
  • Support clean claim submission and timely reimbursement
  • Stay on top of the latest coding guidelines — and share that knowledge!
