• Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies to effectively collaborate with developers.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly, adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree
• Candidates must be located in Mexico already
• Candidates must be Mexican citizens or foreigner with valid work permit.

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to prioritize the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined and ready for development within each sprint.
• Work with the team to refine user stories, ensuring they are clear, concise, and deliver measurable value.
• Actively participate in sprint planning sessions, providing necessary context and clarifying requirements for the development team.
• Facilitate communication between Product Manager, developers, and testers to ensure alignment on project goals and address any concerns.
• Develop and document business process workflow to illustrate current and future states.
• Define clear acceptance criteria for each user story, ensuring the team understands what constitutes a “done” feature.
