Follow an individualized, written Plan of Care to support our clients with personal hygiene, ambulation and exercise, eating, dressing, bathing, shaving, physical transfer, and other duties as assigned. Strong communication Hours: Dependent on specific case(s); Shifts available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week and based on availability.
