Now hiring for: PRN caregivers that may also pass medication- PRN status requires you to work 4 shifts per month-may work in AL or Memory Care Requirements Assisted Living experience is a MUST. Certified Caregiver Certificate is required Med Tech experience is required 8 hours of Dementia Training/Certification required This individual will assist senior residents with daily living activities. May be asked to administer medications following established guidelines, policies, procedures, state law, and physician orders the event of nurse absence. If needed, communicate to management, medication refusals and potential medication errors. Take vital signs, including respiration, temperature, blood pressure, and pulse as requested or ordered by a physician. Assist residents with activities of daily living as specified in the resident's service and care plans.
