CAP Quality Care is offering a part-time (32 hrs. per week) for a LADC Certified Supervisor (CCS). Some Saturdays required. Our expectations are realistic, and caseloads do not exceed state requirements. Clinical hours are early mornings with some flexibility required. We believe that direct patient contact is paramount to developing a therapeutic relationship and thus offer only in-person, on-site employment.
CAP Quality Care is an opioid treatment program in Westbrook, Maine that prescribes Methadone to individuals suffering from opioid use disorder (OUD). This treatment is the gold standard of OUD treatment and provides excellent experience working closely with patients. CAP is a harm reduction program that meets people where they are in their recovery. Our clinic is run on the tenet of mutual respect and accountability for our patients and each other.
The role of the CCS is to be responsible for the supervision of the clinical department while also assisting in direct patient clinical care. Commitment to compassionate care is crucial to our success as an organization.
Responsibilities:
Work in tandem with our current CCS to provide supervision to clinical staff to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, Joint Commission standards, along with clinic policies and procedures.
Oversee the clinical department to make staff assignments, monitor counselor compliance, ensure quality patient care, and assist with recruitment.
Conduct screenings to determine a person’s eligibility for admission.
Complete intakes with biopsychosocial histories to identify and evaluate each individual’s strengths and areas of improvement.
Complete treatment plans with patients-establishing agreed upon immediate, short-term, and long-term goals.
Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions.
Provide referrals, case management services, and crisis intervention to our patients as needed.
Provide excellent documentation for all the above responsibilities.
