Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed a recognized dental assisting program
  • Certification from a Dental Assisting program, CDA I or II
  • Experience preferred but not necessary
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal, an ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease.
  • HARP Certification
  • Tracker knowledge (not required but an asset)

Responsibilities:

  • Supports all departments in the dental clinic by aligning individual contributions with those of the team. Performing all regulated duties under certification qualifications as a dental assistant
  • Chairside Dental Assisting
  • Preparation of the treatment/clinical area
  • Instrument Set Up and Clean Up of Work Area
  • Perform simple laboratory procedures
  • Set up all necessary materials, and equipment
  • Sterilization of instruments

Bonus:

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
