Our busy, well-established east-end dental office is looking for a level 2 certified dental assistant for a full-time position, approximately 35 hours per week.
Must be able to work one evening a week and one Saturday a month. French is an asset.

You will be responsible for:

• Greeting & seating clients
• Preparing the operatory room for treatment
• Suctioning, handing instruments to dentist and any other clinical duties required by the dentist and allowed by law
• Mixing materials
• Taking, processing x-rays as instructed by the dentist
• Pouring models, calling laboratories for pick-ups
• Ensuring all working surfaces, instruments and operatories are clean and sterile/disinfected as required by law or dentist, whichever standard is higher
• Maintaining order in material supplies and ordering material as necessary
