Diploma or Equivalent Required And · Other successful completion of training course in theory and practice of hemodialysis within 90 days of hire Required Experience · 6 Months in dialysis, phlebotomy or CNA Required Licenses and Certifications · CCHT - Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician 18 Months Required And · BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required And · CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training maintained annually 90 Days Required Skills · Basic computer competency to include knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Work and Excel · Excellent verbal, written communications and interpersonal skills · Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English instructions safety rules and guidelines.
