This full-time position offers the opportunity to empower students with diverse learning needs to reach their full academic and personal potential. In this role, you’ll provide individualized instruction, manage IEPs, and deliver targeted academic and behavioral support within a structured and inclusive environment. You’ll collaborate closely with general education staff, families, and related service professionals to ensure consistent, effective support for every learner. Position Highlights: Full-time school-year position within a collaborative high school setting. Deliver differentiated instruction aligned with IEP goals and state standards. Partner with teachers, counselors, and families to promote student success. Provide academic interventions, progress monitoring, and behavioral support. Requirements To be considered for this position, candidates should have demonstrated experience as a Special Education Teacher or in a related educational role, with a strong foundation in supporting students with diverse learning needs and disabilities. A valid Minnesota teaching license in Special Education is required. Candidates must hold at least a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, while a master’s degree in Special Education or a related field is preferred.
