About You The ideal Certified Field Inspector candidate: Has a strong understanding of building foundations and impacts of water intrusion Is passionate about solving customer crawlspace and waterproofing concerns Is a critical thinker and a creative problem solver Is an upbeat and positive person Is outgoing Is a highly effective communicator (verbal and written) Has excellent relationship building skills Brings a can-do attitude to work every day Is highly detail oriented and exceptionally well organized Is results-driven and highly motivated Is driven by quality What You’ll Do The Certified Field Inspector role is vital to the success of Moisture Loc. Leads are generated through direct customer inquiry and Certified Field Inspector self-generation. This person must always represent Moisture Loc professionally and address customers with courtesy and respect. A typical day will include the following: Travel to customer sites daily by company vehicle Listen actively to customer’s concerns Conduct home consultations and thorough inspections to assess waterproofing needs Educate homeowners on foundation, basement and crawl space waterproofing solutions Provide estimates and close sales Follow up on open proposals Provide detailed instructions to the installation teams Meet regularly with Production Leaders to brief on closed projects Stay in regular contact with active customers through the duration of any sold project Meet and exceed monthly sales goals Stay up to date on industry trends and local regulations Essential Duties and Responsibilities Travel to customer sites daily by company vehicle Adhere to all company policies regarding company vehicle driving and upkeep Ensure company equipment is being used safely and properly Compensation This is a full-time opportunity with competitive commission-based compensation. Requirements Ability to pass pre-employment screening including a background check Clean record and valid driver’s license Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Education & Experience Relevant experience in commercial sales, preferably in construction or waterproofing is preferred but not required High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus Nature of Work / Conditions Work requires constant movement, is physical and can include standing, bending, and crawling in tight spaces. Work is performed both inside and outside with moderate noise
