With a long company history focused on agriculture, our business efforts expanded from Brazil to the United States in 1982. We process soybeans. Year-round, all day, every day. Our process and systems are cutting edge, consisting of our shipping & receiving facilities, high-volume grain dryer, 8 concrete 190,000 bushel silos and multiple facilities including soybean preparation, oil extraction, refinery, food-grade oil packaging and biodiesel production. We have a long-standing relationship with our suppliers of soybeans. Our soybeans are sourced from a number of local elevators and suppliers in Illinois and surrounding states.  Soybean Processing and Biodiesel - Gilman, IL - Animal Feed. Animal feed made from soybeans is the most important protein source used to feed farm animals. As a soybean processor, large quantities of soybean meal and soybean hull pellets are produced as a by-product of oil extraction.  - Vegetable Oil. Incobrasa operates a state-of-the-art packaging and labeling facility that features various production lines of bottled and canned vegetable oil.  - Biodiesel. Incobrasa is a member of the National Biodiesel Board. We are BQ-9000 and RFS certified, with an annual production capacity of 44 million gallons. Biodiesel is a renewable biofuel that is clean-burning and offers a replacement or supplement to regular diesel fuel.  Barge- Pekin, IL - Incobrasa recently acquired a barge operation in Pekin. Grain barge operation is a vital component of the agricultural supply chain, facilitating the efficient transportation of bulk grain. Our Grain Elevator. - Goodland, IN - We receive, store, and transport Soybeans and Corn. Our corn capacity is 1,200,000 bushels, and our soybean capacity is 1,400,000.  About the Role: As a Certified Financial Planner within the Agriculture industry, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex financial landscapes unique to these sectors. Your expertise will help agricultural business owners, farmers, and industry professionals develop comprehensive financial strategies that ensure long-term sustainability and growth. You will analyze market trends, assess risk factors, and tailor investment and retirement plans that align with the cyclical nature of agricultural income and operations. Collaborating closely with clients, you will provide insights on tax planning, estate management, and resource allocation to optimize financial health. Ultimately, your work will empower clients to make informed decisions that secure their financial futures while supporting the vitality of their agricultural enterprises. Minimum Qualifications: * Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification. * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Agriculture Business, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning or advisory roles. * Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards in the United States. * Proven ability to analyze financial data and develop strategic financial plans.
