Description We are seeking Multiple certified Home Health Aides for multiple/flexible shifts in Somerset for Male client 7 days a week. 8:30a-2:30pm and 4p-9pm Sunday through Saturday. MUST have a drivers license, car, HHA cert, physical and TB test. Must pass a background check. Must be reliable and enjoy helping others. Client is in wheelchair and will require transfer assistance as needed. Light meal prep and hmk. Client will be ready for service starting in March. *Sign On Bonus eligible* MUST HAVE A CAR & AUTO INSURANCE, Must pass background check, have valid HHA or CNA Certification, CPR, Physical and Negative TB Test and the ability to attend orientation at our Plainville Ma office for one day. Emotional Support: Provide companionship and emotional encouragement, helping clients maintain a positive outlook. Mobility Assistance: Aid clients with mobility using Hoyer lifts and Sit-to-Stand devices (experience preferred but not required). Follow Care Plans: Work closely with nurses, therapists, and doctors to provide care as outlined in individual care plans. Maintain Environment: Keep the home environment clean, safe, and supportive of each client’s needs. Documentation: Accurately record patient care and report any changes in condition to the care team. Requirements Certification: Current HHA certification. License: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance. Experience: Prior experience with Hoyer lifts and Sit-to-Stand devices is beneficial but not required. Skills: Compassionate, reliable, patient, and committed to helping others.
