We are currently seeking a qualified and compassionate Certified Nurse and Home Health Aides to provide high-quality care for an elderly patient in a home setting. This is a live-in position.

SKILLED NURSING SERVICES:

• Daily suctioning (oral/tracheostomy – up to 2x/day; equipment provided)
• Wound care management
• Medication administration (oral, insulin, injections)
• Chronic condition monitoring (Diabetes, Hypertension, etc.)
• Post-surgical recovery support

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Nursing Certification (RN or LPN) or relevant license
• Prior experience in home care or similar setting
• Tracheostomy and suctioning experience preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered
