Services are performed under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). Responsibilities include: Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and mobility support Providing companionship and emotional support Light housekeeping including laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a safe environment Meal planning, preparation, and grocery shopping Assisting with ambulation, transfers, and prescribed exercises Supporting independence while maintaining client dignity Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition to the supervising nurse Attending company-provided ongoing training and continuing education (CEUs) Qualifications Active New Jersey CHHA Certification (required) High school diploma/GED preferred CPR certification preferred Clear background check and drug screening Must be dependable, compassionate, and have excellent communication skills Reliable transportation required Physical Requirements Ability to safely lift up to 30 lbs and assist clients with mobility Ability to drive to client homes (some may not be wheelchair accessible) Good vision, hearing, and overall physical health Work Location Client homes throughout South Jersey including Gloucester County, Glassboro, Mullica Hill, Williamstown, Pitman, Clayton, Franklinville, Woodbury, Mantua Township, Elk Township, Washington Township, Paulsboro, Gibbsboro, Pennsville, Penns Grove, Salem, Swedesboro, Vineland, Millville and nearby areas Why Choose Care Right There?
