As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals in their homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of seniors and those in need of assistance. Duties: - Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing - Assist with mobility and transfers - Administer medication reminders - Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse - Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry - Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary - Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients - Document client care activities and maintain accurate medical records We have 2-hour, 4-hour, 8-hour, 10-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts in a day, and night shifts as well. Skills: - Experience in home care or senior care is preferred - Knowledge of memory care and dementia care techniques is a plus - Ability to follow instructions from nurses and other healthcare professionals - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare team members - Compassion and empathy for individuals requiring assistance with daily activities - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Attention to detail in documenting medical information accurately Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
