Make a Difference The Resource Team Certified Instrument Technician (CRCST or CBSPD) works throughout the Network to provide excellent patient care within an area of expertise. You will have the unique opportunity to work within all of the Community Health Network hospitals and gain unmatched experience by working with a variety of patient populations and healthcare teams! As a Resource Team Certified Instrument Technician, you qualify for an elevated pay rate based on your FTE commitment. While this position is non-benefited, Community Health Network does offer Resource Team staff the opportunity to participate in its 401K retirement plan. This position will be a full-time day shift position covering all 5 hospital and outpatient surgical sites and offering flex scheduling. Exceptional Skills and Qualifications Demonstration of performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, the Nurse Practice Act and the mission and goals of Community Health Network; demonstration of skills in collaboration, delegation, negotiation and management of resources. • High School Diploma or GED equivalent • CRCST or CBSPD required upon hire • Minimum of two years (2) of recent sterile processing experience • Excellent communication skills. • Excellent team skills. • Compassionate and caring. • Accountable. • Self-directed.
