QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid commercial pesticide applicator certification in Virginia
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in lawn care or turf management
• Strong understanding of turfgrass health, weed identification, and pest management
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Clean driving record

EXPERIENCE AND LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

• 3 years of lawn care or turf management experience
• Driver’s License
• Virginia Commercial Pesticide Applicator’s License

• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pest control treatments in accordance with state regulations and company standards
• Diagnose turf issues, including weeds, pests, and diseases, and recommend effective treatment plans
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members to ensure excellent service
• Maintain accurate records of all applications and treatments performed
• Safely operate and maintain spray equipment, spreaders, and service vehicles
