Kanata South Dental is looking for Level-II certified dental assistant to join our team of caring professionals. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental professionals in delivering high-quality services. This position requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• HARP certification and level II assisting diploma (Obligatory)

• Minimum 3 years of chairside assisting experience ,Implant surgeries ,Root canals ,Crown and Bridge procedures and general restorative treatments
• Experienced in taking X-rays
• Sterilization and disinfection with required reporting
• Ensure that the dentist you are assisting has the necessary dental supplies on hand to perform dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms in accordance with best practices of infection control
• Experience in infection control and sterilization of surgical instruments and knowledgeable on all sterilization technique
• Intraoral scanner experience in a dental practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and excellent patient care focus
