About us Highpoint Health- Sumner has been providing quality health care to Middle TN for 65 years. How you'll contribute As a Certified Medical Assistant joining our team, you're embracing a vital mission dedicated to making communities healthier. This includes: * Assisting with performing patient assessments and treatments * Performing basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection * Monitoring and communicating changes in patient condition * Documenting patient care given * Maintaining equipment and medical supplies, including reordering, stocking, cleaning, and troubleshooting * Performing administrative or clerical duties as assigned/needed Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent required; Graduate of accredited medical assistance program or equivalent Required * CCMA, CMA or RMA required * Basic Life Support (BLS) obtain within 60 days of hire. * Minimum 2 years medical office experience preferred Why Join Us?
