What You'll Do: You’ll play a key role in supporting both patients and providers through responsibilities such as: Assisting physicians with direct patient care Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow Completing prior authorizations and pre-certifications for MRIs and CTs Communicating test results clearly and professionally Performing phlebotomy Supporting a variety of clinical and administrative duties In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with patients, families, and physicians—representing the practice with professionalism, compassion, and a positive attitude. Requirements Active LPN license or MA Certification required Previous medical or clinical experience preferred Strong customer service and organizational skills Attention to detail and effective time management
