Job Details Job Location: Meridian Clinic - Meridian, ID 83642 Position Type: Full-time Education Level: RMA / CMA Job Shift: Daytime We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Pediatric LPN or Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children and families, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment. Purpose The Medical Assistant (MA) shall be accountable for 1) providing excellent direct patient care alongside our providers, 2) supporting the Patient Centered Medical Home model of care and 3) maintaining accurate and complete documentation within the patient’s medical record. Schedule Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm with the opportunities for Saturday and evening clinics. Licensure / Certification Currently certified by American Medical Technologists, American Association of Medical Assistants, American Registry of Medical Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurse or other accredited certifying organization. Experience Entry level; previous medical assistant experience preferred. Previous experience in a primary care clinic / outpatient setting preferred. Other: Our organization is a tobacco-free workplace. We require immunizations for all staff to include an annual influenza vaccine as a requisite for employment. Newly hired staff who are not able to be vaccinated due to medical reasons or sincerely held religious beliefs must apply for vaccination exemption prior to employment.
Responsibilities
The Medical Assistant will provide excellent direct patient care alongside healthcare providers and support the Patient Centered Medical Home model of care. They will also maintain accurate and complete documentation within the patient’s medical record.
