About Nina Ross Functional Medicine: We're a specialized functional medicine practice in Atlanta focused on hair restoration and wellness through advanced therapeutic treatments. Our approach combines cutting-edge procedures with root-cause protocols to help clients—particularly women dealing with conditions like CCCA—restore their hair and overall health. The Role: We're looking for a skilled Medical Assistant who's ready to work hands-on with advanced treatments. This isn't a typical MA position—you'll be performing specialized procedures and working directly with clients who are investing in comprehensive functional medicine care. We're looking for more than just technical skills – we want a passionate individual who embodies our ethos of excellence and compassion. You should be as comfortable performing a precise microneedling procedure as you are offering a reassuring smile to a nervous client. What You'll Being Doing: Administer IV infusions including health infusions, shots, and peptide protocols Perform microneedling treatments Draw blood, utilize a centrifuge and administer PRP therapy topically Support clients through success sessions and treatment protocols Prepare treatment rooms and maintain equipment for specialized procedures Track client progress and ensure proper follow-through on treatment plans Educate clients on post-treatment care and functional medicine protocols What We're Looking For: Current Medical Assistant certification Experience with IV administration (required) Experience with push shots & vitamin injections Hands-on experience with aesthetic or regenerative procedures (microneedling, PRP, etc.) Comfortable performing clinical procedures independently Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols Genuine interest in functional medicine and holistic wellness approaches Professional demeanor with clients seeking specialized care What Makes This Different: You'll work with treatments most MAs don't get exposure to—exosome therapy, bioidentical hormone protocols, and specialized hair restoration procedures. You'll develop real expertise in functional medicine while working with clients who are committed to their treatment journey. Ready to Apply? If you're looking to expand your clinical skills beyond typical MA work and want to be part of a practice doing specialized functional medicine, let's talk.
