Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, AAMA) or equivalent national credential (e.g., RMA) preferred; willingness to obtain and maintain certification according to credentialing body requirements. Prior medical assistant experience in an orthopedic, sports medicine, or specialty clinic setting is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to provide compassionate, patient-focused service in a team environment. Proficiency with computers and electronic medical records systems.
