CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT (CMA) Support our medical provider team and make a meaningful impact on patient care. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support our medical provider team in delivering high-quality, person-centered care. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys balancing both clinical and administrative responsibilities. As a key member of the care team, you will work closely with providers to ensure efficient patient flow, accurate documentation, and a positive patient experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Support providers during meetings and procedures * Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) documentation * Coordinate appointment scheduling, referrals, and follow-ups * Assist with prior authorizations, prescription refills, and patient communication * Support overall clinical workflow and provider efficiency * Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and infection control standards QUALIFICATIONS * Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required * High School Diploma or GED required; completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.  * Prior experience in a medical office or clinic setting strongly preferred * Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical terminology * Experience with EHR systems * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach * Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment WHY JOIN US * Collaborative, team-oriented environment * Opportunity to work closely with experienced medical providers * Exposure to a wide range of clinical and administrative functions * Meaningful work supporting patient care and outcomes RCS123
