We provide face-to-face and telepsychiatry services at the clinics and to patients in multiple other organizations, rehabilitation centers, and detox facilities throughout Arizona. Requirements Duties: Create a positive, relaxing, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for patients. Communicate, effectively, and succinctly with patients and providers. Answer phone calls, take and transmit messages; monitor and respond to voice and email. Assist patients with check-in and check-out. Assist with intake and screening of new patients. Complete various types of paperwork for patients or insurance Accurately document and maintain medical records. Maintain clean, neat, and orderly front office and waiting room. Ability to multi-task and manage time independently and in a team setting. Schedule appointments and maintain provider schedules. Collect patient payments, deductibles, and patient balances. Ensure company policies of financial agreements are met. Knowledge of general office equipment Data entry of charges and payments Maintain confidentiality and apply strict standards of privacy and HIPAA compliance. Other duties as needed to promote high-quality environment and patient care. Medical specialties: Psychiatry Phlebotomy Experience Level One fingerprint clearance card Schedule: 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday
Responsibilities
