This role will work closely with a senior provider, so we are looking for a Certified Medical Assistant with a strong background who can confidently support advanced clinical workflows in a fast-paced primary care environment. What You’ll Do Assist physicians with direct patient care and clinical workflows Perform phlebotomy and support diagnostic testing Communicate test results and patient instructions clearly and compassionately Manage scheduling, prior authorizations, and pre-certifications for MRIs and CT scans Accurately document and write orders in a timely manner Build strong, professional relationships with patients, families, and clinical staff Maintain organization and efficiency in a deadline-driven environment Why Join UPA?
