Key Responsibilities: Ensure smooth and efficient patient flow throughout the clinic Record vital signs, review patient medical histories, and update information in the EMR system Document patient communications and electronically prescribe medications under physician supervision Act as a liaison between patients and providers, ensuring clear and compassionate communication Prepare, stock, and sanitize exam rooms and equipment in compliance with OSHA standards Respond to patient inquiries and assist with scheduling appointments, surgeries, and referrals Follow up on test results, medication authorizations, and post-operative care instructions Assist physicians with in-office procedures as needed Participating in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities Perform additional duties as assigned by the Office Supervisor Why Work with Us?
