About the Role: This position serves as an in-office float, working closely with physicians to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and prioritizes patient care. Key Responsibilities: Assist physicians with patient care Perform phlebotomy and communicate test results Handle scheduling, prior authorizations, and pre-certifications for MRIs and CTs Provide clear instructions and write orders Maintain professional relationships with patients, families, and staff Support a positive image of the practice Requirements Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential Prior medical experience required Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced setting
