What You’ll Do Administer oral, inhaled, and topical medications under nurse supervision Verify client information and record vital signs Observe clients for medication reactions and report concerns promptly Assist nurses with client care, observation, and communication Document medication administration accurately in the EMR Maintain medication and medical supply inventory Ensure equipment is functioning, clean, and properly maintained Support nursing and admissions teams as needed Uphold confidentiality, safety standards, and regulatory compliance Attend required trainings, meetings, and continuing education Represent Briarwood/Nova Recovery with professionalism and compassion Work Environment Residential detox and addiction recovery setting Locations include North Austin and Wimberley Collaborative healthcare environment Regular use of computers, phones, and medical equipment Schedule & Availability Full-time position Schedule assigned by nursing leadership Facilities operate 24/7, 365 days per year Schedule may include weekends, holidays, and varying shifts Travel Expectations This role may require travel between North Austin and Wimberley locations, as well as other Nova Recovery facilities within Texas. Flexibility is essential to supporting client care needs.
