We are currently seeking a qualified Certified Med Aide to join our team at Peak Resources Shelby. Excellent compensation and benefits! Typical Work Schedule is: 12 Hour Shifts 7a-7p and 7p-7a Every Other Weekend. Role Responsibilities A Medication Aide assists in the administering of medications to skilled nursing/nursing home residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of the attending physician, the nurse supervisor or charge nurse, and the Director of Nursing Services. The administration of medications shall be in accordance with established nursing standards, the policies, procedures, and practices of this facility, and the requirements of this State. Requirements Required Skills, Education, Licensure, and/or Certifications High School diploma or equivalent.
