Work under the direction of Registered Nurse, Director or wellness or supervisor. Ensure residents receive compassionate and high-quality care. Qualifications: Current and valid CMA certification. Ability to follow individualized care plans Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassion and understanding of the aging process.
