THE OPPORTUNITY: CERTIFIED MILLWRIGHT    As part of our Maintenance team, the Certified Millwright is responsible for the maintenance, repair, installation & modification of all related equipment to safely maximize, uptime, quality and productivity.  As the successful candidate, you are a skilled individual that is passionate about your chosen career.  In addition to troubleshooting process maintenance issues, you are innovative in preventative maintenance practices with an ability to adapt quickly to changing demands and priorities.  As someone who understands the utmost importance of safety, you will also contribute to a healthy and respectful work environment. Qualifications: * Journeyman (Red Seal) Millwright Certification * Demonstrated commitment to safety as a priority * Strong background in heavy industry and/or construction * Knowledge of the lumber manufacturing process is an asset as well as experience with welding procedures and equipment reliability * Excellent troubleshooting skills * Positive interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to work independently and in a team environment * High energy and initiative * Available to work days, afternoons, graveyard or weekends * Experience with an USNR Canter line would be considered an asset   Compensation is based on the collective agreement hourly rate with a competitive benefits package.
