This support empowers the patient to remain as independent and comfortable as possible at home. Requirements Additional Requirements Scheduling is based on patient needs, which may fluctuate and could include weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. All direct care providers must possess a valid and current driver's license and independent and reliable transportation to patient homes to ensure patient privacy. Education/Training High School graduate or equivalent. Current certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant Meets state specific CNA licensing requirements.
