Observes residents and reporting any reactions or changes in condition to the nurse. Documents care as required in the electronic medical record. All other duties as assigned. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: 1. Maintain Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A.) certification as required by the State of CT. 2. Maintain C.P.R., First Aid Training, and Dementia Care training. OSHA MSDS safe chemical handling practices. Responsibilities

As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily needs and personal care, ensuring their comfort and well-being. You will also observe residents and report any changes in their condition to the nursing staff.
