About Us
Keren David Consulting (KDC) is a Chicago-based boutique surrogacy consulting firm supporting international Intended Parents (IPs) through every stage of the U.S. surrogacy process. We provide end-to-end case management, coordination with fertility clinics, surrogates, and hospitals, and concierge-style services to ensure a seamless and supported journey.
We are seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our team as a Medical Case Manager. This unique role blends clinical expertise with case coordination, beginning at the very first stage of the surrogacy process: evaluating and medically clearing surrogate candidates.

- Translate complex clinical information into clear, empathetic language for international IPs.
- Provide guidance to surrogates on medication protocols, pregnancy milestones, and delivery preparation.
- Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all medical-related communications.
Case Management
- Manage assigned journeys comprehensively from surrogate clearance through delivery and postpartum.
- Coordinate all appointments, ultrasounds, OB visits, and delivery planning.
- Anticipate case milestones and flag risks proactively to avoid delays.
Hospital & Delivery Coordination
- Act as primary medical contact with hospitals at the time of delivery.
- Support IPs in navigating hospital procedures, newborn care basics, and post-birth documentation (birth certificate, passport, Social Security).
- Collaborate with attorneys, hospital staff, and agency team to ensure seamless delivery and discharge.
Client & Surrogate Support
- Serve as a compassionate, professional resource for both surrogates and IPs.
- Balance advocacy for surrogates with accurate, transparent representation of IPs’ needs.
- Provide culturally sensitive support across time zones.
Team Collaboration & Documentation
- Maintain detailed, confidential case records in internal systems.
- Work closely with internal agency staff, billing specialists, attorneys, and insurance brokers.
- Draft medical summaries, reports, and updates for clients and internal stakeholders.
