JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Midwife to work with our client in Wisconsin. T
The Certified Nurse Midwife is a member of the health care team who provides primary health care to women, focusing on pregnancy, childbirth, the postpartum period, family planning, and gynecological needs. The individual participates in the care of women with medical complications in collaboration with Obstetrician-Gynecologists or licensed physicians as appropriate.
Outreach to other clinics is an option.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a hospital or medical office setting is preferred.
  • Proven skills in patient assessment, care planning, and providing high-quality patient care.
  • Familiarity with labor delivery processes and acute care management is essential.
  • Experience with specimen collection processing is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment are crucial for success in this role.

  • Collaborate with Ob/Gyn specialists to manage high-risk pregnancies and acute care situations.
  • Utilize sonography techniques when necessary to monitor fetal development and health.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient interactions and care provided.
